An International Cricket Council (ICC) committee paid a visit to the National Stadium in Karachi on Thursday to examine the plans for the Champions Trophy, which begins next month.
The six-member group includes broadcasters and logistical personnel.
Director International Usman Wahla briefed the ICC delegation on the ongoing development activities.
He stated that the timeframe for finishing development work at the National Stadium is January 25, while the Champions Trophy 2025 would begin in Pakistan on February 19.
The delegation members saw various portions of the National Stadium’s main building and evaluated the media center’s capabilities. The delegation members also went to the media gallery.
