A terrible occurrence occurred in Narowal when a follower (chela) reportedly shot their transgender guru on suspicion of an illegal connection.
According to reports, the transgender victim, Saba (actual name Ali Asghar), was at the house of their disciple, Zeeshan, when they got into a disagreement. Zeeshan, in a fit of rage, shot Saba before leaving.
The wounded Saba was transported to District Headquarters Hospital in Narowal, but due to his deteriorating condition, doctors moved him to Lahore for further treatment.
Zeeshan, the attacker, escaped after the gunshot.
Police have filed a report and initiated a search operation to apprehend the culprit.
Authorities are investigating the actual motivation for the attack, although preliminary indications indicate that it was motivated by suspicions of an illegal affair.
As the transgender community mourns another brutal incident, police efforts to apprehend the fleeing culprit continue.
